I'm so so tired of all the week one stuff I'm glad of the opportunity to think of something new. However - I still need to keep up with the Week One things so we'll just have to see how it goes :)

Update :)
Get Moving
OK so I've joined in my boyfriend's Walk With Me Nintendo DSI Lite game and I'm definitely upping my steps per day. Things are going well in this department.
Mind Your Language
I'm consciously trying to use positive language to myself and reinforce all the good things I'm doing. It appears to be working - even without recording all my cals in and out over the last two weeks, I've not put on any weight.
Think Thin
I'm trying to think like a thin person - it's difficult but just reminding myself that treats are just that - treats - not everyday occurences appears to be having an effect!!!
Measure Your Success
I think this is a bit premature, but things appear to be slimming down :)
Be Your Own Role Model
I am definitely trying to visualise myself as a slimmer and more positive person - the kind that seems to effortlessly maintain a reasonable weight :)

I am trying to make conscious decisions about food, exercise etc, but I'm still slipping up. This one still seems to need working on!!!
