Having lost 16.6kg over the last year, I feel I need a new kick start to keep going. I want to reach 69kg eventually so another 27.4kg to go. :)
I'm doing this by trying not to diet too drastically, but by creating a change in mindset, a healthier relationship to food and a firm foundation of coping mechanism that don't include reliance on food!!! :)
I'd love to hear comments, what you think etc - so please feel free :)
